"Gateway Warehouses is an existing tenant within the River Terminal Complex and required more space to accommodate their growing customer base," Levy explains. "Gateway was attracted to the building because of its proximity to the company's other facilities."
Building 82B features 16 loading docks, two drive-in doors and ceiling heights of 25 ft., according to Levy. River Terminal is a multi-building industrial park located in a designated urban enterprise zone, which provides economic and tax incentives to companies locating their operations in the designated area.
