Atkins Properties, L.L.C purchased the 21,485 sf property at 560 W. Southern Avenue in Tempe in a deal with LGE Design that gives the new owner a recently completed building with warehouse and office space.
Mike Goldwater with Ross Brown Partners tells GlobeSt.com that the new owner plans to lease the property to Resort Gifts, which will use it for its gift product business. Seller LGE Design had originally planned to build three buildings on the five-acre Southern Avenue site, which it planned to name the Roosevelt Business Center, Goldwater says. Instead, it constructed two freestanding industrial buildings. The second structure was recently sold by LGE to JDW Properties LLC, of Phoenix. Goldwater along with Jim Stock well, also with Ross Brown Partners, assisted both LGE and Atkins Properties in the recent sales transaction.
