Land included in the acquisition will ultimately accommodate two additional facilities totaling up to 644,000 sf of logistics space. Evry Park is near Paris at the intersection of the A6 Paris-Lyon Motorway and Francilienne Outer Ring Road.
Geodis is a ProLogis global customer and currently leases distribution facilities operated by ProLogis in Madrid, Spain; Budapest, Hungary; and The Netherlands. With this latest acquisition, Geodis leases a total of 656,826 sf of distribution space from ProLogis.
