Southern Wine & Spirits is leaving the brick and steel building it acquired for nearly $5.3 million a year ago in favor of a build-to-suit in Bolingbrook Corporate Center along the I-55 Corridor.

S&B Collectibles financed its acquisition with a $4.25-million mortgage from Comerica Bank, according to property records.

Grubb & Ellis SVP Jack Cozzie and Frank Gallagher of San Diego-based Capital Structures represented Southern Wine & Spirits, which put the property on the market at $5.5 million after acquiring land in Will County. Paul W. Giannopulos of Boston-based ProTen Realty Group represented S& B Collectibles.
