"There are two pieces to their five-year commitment," Advantis's Bruce McNair tells GlobeSt.com. "They have a sublease from Spacenet with an add-on time lease with the landlord." McNair adds that rent for sublet space at the property is in the high teens per sf, while prime let space is in the low $20s.
"These new offices provide us with outstanding collaboration space to work with our customers and partners," Project Performance CEO R.F. Shangraw Jr. says of the new digs. The office structure at 1760 Old Meadow was developed five years ago and is also home to high-speed satellite Internet service StarBand Communications.
