Cenex Harvest States inked the deal with landlord Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada to move its tortilla operation into the Railhead building, filling space that was vacated about a year ago when Albertson's on-line grocery delivery service closed up shop, David Dunn with Dunn Commercial tells GlobeSt.com.

"They wanted a clear height building with dual rail," Dunn says of the property, which is serviced by both the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern railroads. The cost of the lease was not disclosed but Dunn says similar properties in the area rent for between 3.25 and $3.50 per sf triple net.

Dunn represented the landlord in the lease transaction while Brian Graham with CB Richard Ellis represented the tenants.
