Oak Plus Furniture will move into 2390 N. Alma School Rd. in Chandler next month once tenant improvements are completed under a five-year lease valued at around $500,000. "They needed a fresh look, a new millennium look," Patrick Cassidy, with Michael Pollack Real Estate Investments tells GlobeSt.com. "They wanted visibility on one of the busiest streets in Chandler."
The furniture store, which was formerly located in a strip mall at McClintock and Elliot roads in Tempe, will share the plaza's space with Garcia's Mexican Restaurant and several smaller stores, including a stock brokerage, dance studio, hair salon and women's clothing store. Cassidy along with Daniel Pollack, also with Pollack Real Estate Investments, negotiated the lease for Pollack. Oak Furniture Plus was self-represented in the transaction.
