Groundbreaking on Main Street Tower, which carries the address of 300 E. Main St., began 15 years ago and construction was completed six years later. Today it is leased to 64% capacity, with The US Coast Guard serving as the structure's largest tenant with approximately 94,000 sf.
"Main Street Tower is a landmark location in downtown Norfolk," says Deborah K. Stearns, managing director for Advantis/GVA's Hampton Roads region. "We are eager to represent BGK's interest to enhance their real estate investment and showcase this property." Space at the building, Advantis's Chris Kieran tells GlobeSt.com, goes for $18.50 per sf.
