The retail village will now be developed as a stand alone project and include 36,000 sf of retail space that will consist of four to six retail outlets and five to six small businesses. The new buildings will surround a green space and a driveway. The project will also include 28 condominiums consisting of seven two-bedroom townhouses, 11 one-bedroom, and 10 two-bedroom condominiums over the commercial component.
Calls to the company were not returned by deadline, but according to its website about the project, called Old English Square, the original residential component of the development will not be part of the new proposal. The project had involved 343 condominium units.
