Fleming attempted to up the ante on this property by opening it up to a higher bidder at auction, handled last month by Great Neck, NY-based Keen Realty LLC. No higher bid was received.
The property, located on 25 acres at 1100 North Sherman St., was constructed in 1967 and expanded in 1983. It consists of approximately 25,452 sf of office space, 95,908 sf of cooler/freezer space, and 328,110 sf of warehouse space. Locally based Kinsley plans to renovate the structure into a multi-tenant facility.
