Van Buren Industrial Capital LLC of California has purchased the 3949 W. Van Buren Ave. building for use by US Container Corp., which was looking to relocate its container manufacturing operations to a larger facility, Rick Lee of Lee & Associates, Arizona, tells GlobeSt.com.
The tenant, which has gained about 10,000 sf by moving into the Van Buren Ave. building, is located about a mile away from its previous facility. It will share the property with Keystone Automotive, an automotive supply company that has been a tenant in the property for about 10 years.
Seller Lincoln Property Co., which purchased the building as part of a large portfolio of properties in December 2001, was represented in the transaction by Lee. Lance Ross and Nathan Thinnes with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. represented the buyer.
