The property includes a vacant 49,650-sf manufacturing facility at 1515 W. South St. Ross Reller of Meridian Real Estate's Indianapolis office is the broker representing the seller. He is declining comment on the negotiated sale price until the transaction closes.
Last month, Reller brokered the sale of two acres here at Interstate 65 and State Road 39 on behalf of Lenox Trust. The buyer was Carpenter GMAC, an Indianapolis-based residential real estate company.
Carpenter GMAC president Tom Prall plans to construct a single-story office building on the site and relocate its local office to the building. It will be the only real estate office in Lebanon visible to interstate traffic, says Reller.
