The transaction also involves Adobe handing back to USS two separate suites at Waterview House, 1 Roundwood Avenue, measuring 7,704 sf and 4,262 sf respectively. Both suites will be refurbished prior to re-letting. Meanwhile USS, the single largest office owner at Stockley Park, continues to look for tenants to fill the ground floor of 3 Roundwood Park and the whole of 2 Longwalk with a combined space of 70,126 sf.
