Steve Tolcash, senior partner at Buschman Partners of Lawrenceville, NJ, arranged the transaction for the buyer. ABB was represented by a group of brokers from the East Brunswick, NJ office of CB Richard Ellis, including Robert Sager (now with the Trammell Crow Co.) and Lynn DeMarco. The sale price was not disclosed.
"The property consists of about 50% office space and 50% warehouse and industrial space," says Tolcash. "There has already been strong activity relating to the available space."
Territorial Properties, which has a portfolio of mixed-use, flex-type space, mostly in neighboring Mercer County, is planning a capital improvement program as part of its lease-up effort, according to Tolcash. The new owner also plans to rename the site as the Brunswick Business Campus.
