Millennium Properties Inc. is fielding bids for the property in the West Rogers Park community.

While the building at 6014 N. California Ave. includes office space and a gymnasium, the vacant lot is zoned R-4, which would allow for up to 25,814 sf of multifamily rental or condominium development. Millennium Properties president Daniel J. Hyman says residential development appears to be the likely future for the properties.

Hyman adds the properties can be had separately or acquired as a package. The lot sizes are equal, and total nearly one acre.

The brokerage firm has scheduled three open houses before the scheduled bid opening.
