Jeremy Barbakow and Scott Romick of the Sherman Oaks office of Lee & Associates report that Life Alert Emergency Response Inc. will remain in approximately 21,000 sf for an additional five years. The other tenant that renewed, Bank of the West, will remain in 4,800 sf in a 68-month renewal of its lease. Barbakow and Romick represented the landlord in both deals, with David Defore and Madeline Schwartz, both from CB Richard Ellis, representing The Bank of the West and Life Alert Emergency Response.

Encino Executive Center is a class A office building that is owned by Encino Executive Center LLC. Among other amenities, it provides high speed Internet connections, banking, shopping and restaurants within a short walking distance.
