The 36-year-old senior lobbyist for the National Association of Realtors will be based FAR's local office where he will coordinate FAR's legislative lobbying efforts and "be responsible for offering insight and direction on many challenging public policy issues facing the state and impacting all Floridians," says FAR executive vice president Jerry Matthews. Sebree has 13 years experience lobbying Realtor issues and advising Florida's Washington delegation, Matthews adds.
"We're not going to concentrate solely on housing issues but will weigh in on job creation, economic diversity and development, traffic congestion and transportation, recreation and conservation," says Sebree. "Florida Realtors don't just sell property; they sell a quality of life that residents find here in Florida that they cannot find in other parts of the country.
