Nathan Denton of Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial tells GlobeSt.com that the signed leases filled 2122 Country Club Dr., vacant for six months and on the market for $5.25 per sf net, and put a "no vacancy" sign on the entire RREEF-owned development. "It was neat," he says of the unplanned double signing that marks the calendar for a dual move-in Dec. 1. He and Eric Deuillet, also with Henry S. Miller in Dallas, worked the deals for Chicago-based RREEF.

Denton says SKH Beauty Inc., a Dallas-area beauty products supplier, inked a 10-year lease for 7,640 sf, gaining expansion space in a relocation from 1467 LeMay Dr. in the Carrollton submarket. Drew Kaplan and Mike Cleary, both with CB Richard Ellis Inc. in Dallas, represented the tenant.

CyberDyne Systems Inc., headquartered in Eugene, OR, took 14,991 sf in a five-year lease to spark a move from 2408 E. Trinity Mills. CyberDyne is consolidating three retail locations into the single office/warehouse address. Douglas R. Delsanter of Dallas-based Mohr Partners represented CyberDyne.
