The 311,040-sf apartment complex consists of 19 two and three-story buildings constructed in last year and this year. Gordon Mickelson, Steve Koeneke and Terri Odenweller of NorthMarq's local office, arranged the financing through one of NorthMarq's life correspondents on behalf of the borrower, PR X LLC, an affiliate of WhiteCo Residential.
