The project will be located at the corner of Northeast 11th Street and Biscayne Boulevard Downtown, which currently is parking lot space. The modern-style development will include 200 luxury condominiums, priced approximately $200,000 to $750,000, 30 live/work office condos, an 8,000-sf, 350-seat outdoor café, a 7,000-sf restaurant, a 2,000-sf lounge on the ground floor and seven floors of parking. In addition, developers are trying to secure major art tenants in the building.
