The law firm is the latest in a series of new arrivals at the 186,977-sf, 18-story office tower in recent months, notes Brigham Black, director of Leasing for The Shidler Group.
The law firm is scheduled to move into its new space in February in a relocation from existing offices elsewhere in San Diego. The Shidler Group was represented by Tim Cowden and John Shelton of Colliers International, with Siegel & Moreno was represented by Tigg Mitchell of Wilson Thorn.
The 707 Broadway building, built in two stages in 1962 and 1970, is 87%occupied with the signing of the Siegel & Moreno lease.
Landlord Shidler Group is a national organization that was founded in 1972. It acquires commercial real estate for its own account. It currently owns and operates more than 6 million sf of commercial property throughout Texas, Arizona, Hawaii and Southern California.
