Arizona ALFA will pay $44,326 to building owner, Presson Scottsdale LLC of Phoenix, under a 39-month deal that gives the non-profit expanded space in a central location. "It's a very nice complex with a courtyard, koi pond, waterfall and great access to all the major freeways," Laura Becker, with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services, tells GlobeSt.com of the 333 East Virginia Ave. property.
Becker says the lease allows Arizona ALFA to move several employees out of home offices to a central office location near Third Street and Virginia Avenue. The firm will share the building with several smaller businesses. Becker represented both the tenant and building owner in the transaction.
