The engineering firm's new space will be at 10540 Talbert Ave., in the east building at Arden's two-building Fountain Valley Plaza office complex. Carollo is scheduled to move into its new space in April. The firm specializes in planning, design and construction management of water and wastewater facilities for public agencies, private developers and industrial companies.
Arden was represented internally by Andy Batcheller, along with Rick Sherburne of the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis. Carollo represented itself. The Fountain Valley Plaza project consists of two three-story buildings totaling 107,252 sf that were built in 1982. The buildings feature floor plates of 13,777 to 19,971 sf and a parking ratio of four spaces per 1,000 sf of office space.
