The project would comprise 65,000 sf of retail, 26,500 sf of office and 301 townhomes and apartments on land owned by Technology Park Inc. at Medlock Bridge and Abbott's Bridge roads, according to tentative development plans filed with the county's planning and community development department.
Another developer, Commercial Realty Associates LLC wants to build 12,000 sf of commercial space and plat 110 single-family lots on 41 acres on the north side of Crabapple Road.
And on Mid-Broadwell Road near the Crabapple crossroads, developer Emily Matthews seeks an OK to convert an 800-sf house into a bakery and restaurant on a 1.5-acre tract.
