Sweetwood repped both the seller and the buyer, who were not identified, of a four-story, 40-unit apartment building in South Orange, NJ. The asset, which was built in the 1920s, has undergone recent improvements. Terms of the sale, including the price, were not disclosed.

The second apartment building changing hands is a 47-unit garden complex in Elizabeth, NJ. Sweetwood repped the seller, while Shegoski spoke for the unidentified buyer, who paid all-cash to accommodate a fast closing and subsequently refinanced the property.

And in the sale of the 58,650-sf Roxbury Business Campus in Roxbury, NJ, Sweetwood represented the buyer and McCaffrey the seller, neither of which was identified. Sweetwood also assisted in the financing and helped the buyer obtain a new first mortgage from the same lending institution used by the seller.

Roxbury Business Campus consists of single-story flex space. The sale consisted of 45,000 sf, leaving the remaining 13,650 sf in the hands of a separate owner-occupant.
