Zehner says a private investor bought the 47,356-sf industrial building at 910 Challenger Ave for $3.8 million, one of two recently closed industrial deals in Orange County totaling more than $6 million. The new owner plans to lease the space to Reliable Sprinkler Co., which will relocate to Voit Brea Business Park from Santa Fe Springs. With this most recent sale, Voit Development has one final, 40,573-sf building available at the business park. Zehner, along with his Voit Anaheim Metro partner Louis Tomaselli, represented Voit Development. The buyer was represented by Jerry Gilman of Colliers Seeley International.
In the other transaction, two private individuals sold a 26,975-sf industrial building in the Mission Land Business Park at 950 Beacon in Brea for $2.3 million to real estate mortgage firm E&A Properties. The mortgage firm plans to make tenant improvements that include re-configuring the building to add 2,500 sf of office space.
Tomaselli and Zehner represented the seller, with Bob Sattler of Lee & Associates representing the buyer.
