Effective December 15, Kester will be VP of capital markets for Broe. He will also be concentrating on acquisitions and newmarket opportunities.
Kester has more than seven years of institutional experience, havinginvested more than $2 billion of pension fund assets in real estate,private equity and timber. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Institutional Limited Partners Association.

Kester holds a B.A. in government from Hamilton College andan MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the University of Colorado Real Estate Center.
