The first was a lease for 15,000 sf of industrial space located at 1453 Nine Mile Road, in Hazel Park. The space was leased to IRS Inc. Friedman‚s Paul Reschke and David Lord represented the landlord, Malvina Development LLC, and the tenant, IRS, Inc., in this transaction.
In a second deal, Farmington Hills-based Friedman negotiated the lease of 2,100 sf for a new Quizno‚s sandwich shop location. The new Quizno‚s is at 1297 Fort Street in Detroit. Friedman's Harry Cohn and Arthur Itkis represented Quizno's in the transaction.
