Jeff Hartland with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial tells GlobeSt.com that Samaritan, which operates six surgery centers in the state, moved into 15,000 sf of office space at Talley Plaza earlier this month under a lease agreement valued at $1.3 million. The building owner is Talley Plaza LLC. The firm previously occupied about 10,000 sf of space at the Point Corridor Four Building along 16th Street in Phoenix. Talley says "favorable economics" and a need for expanded administrative space prompted the move into Talley Plaza, a mid-rise office tower at 2800 N. 44th St.
Hartland represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Jerry Jacobs with Cushman and Wakefield of Arizona Inc. represented the property owner.
