Instead of a bakery, the space is being converted to allow Ready Pac to process fruits and vegetables. That includes about 38,000 sf of cooler space and new waste recovery systems.
"At the onset of this project Ready Pac was deliberating whether they should construct a new build-to-suit facility or renovate the Runge property," says Principle Construction Corp. co-owner James A. Brucato, whose company analyzed both options for Ready Pac. "And the rest is history."
