The buildings, both located in this Middlesex County community in Central New Jersey, include 112 Melrich Rd., which totals 245,528 sf of industrial space. The building is currently fully occupied by FNS Logistics Service Inc.

The second building is immediately adjacent to the first--the 224,787-sf 114 Melrich Rd. International School Services occupies just over 26,000 sf in the facility, with the remaining space currently being marketed for lease. Company officials say they are close to announcing new tenants.

"We are pleased to have been awarded this significant assignment from Crow Holdings and to expand our portfolio of managed properties for them," according to Joe Swingle, Schultz senior vice president who's leading the property management assignment.

The assignment boosts Schultz's total portfolio of managed/leased properties beyond the 14.5-million-sf mark. The company's client list includes Principal Global Investors, Townsend Capital, Nationwide Insurance and Geometry Realty, according to Swingle.
