The eight-story, 246-unit, Mediterranean-style 610 Clematis is located at Clematis Street and Rosemary Avenue, near CityPlace. The one-, two- and three-bedroom flats, two-story loft units, and one- and two-bedroom ground-floor walk-up units start in the mid $200,000s. Units will range from 738 sf to 2,035 sf. As of this fall, the project was more than 85% sold. A ground-breaking ceremony was held Oct. 22.
Involved in the project are BAP Development Inc., the project's developer, Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., the general contractor, and Luis Latorre of BAP Development, project manager.
