Savannah, GA-based Palmer & Cay, secured 30 workstations. The lease accommodates the insurance broker's rapid growth in this region. Starbucks Coffee Co. leased 14 workstations for five years. It will use the space as its regional district office for the Philadelphia marketplace. Starbucks, already heavily represented in the Greater Philadelphia area, plans to open between 15 and 20 additional locations in the region next year.
Europe's largest web hosting company, 1&1 Internet Inc., commited to 13 Regus workstations here as headquarters for its entry into the US market. The building's location along the Route 202 technology corridor attracted the firm, according to Donna Scott, regional VP of Regus. Pittsburgh-based HealthAmerica leased 18 workstations in the building as the insurer expands its presence in the eastern side of the state.
Regus provides fully equipped and furnished outsourced offices in more than 400 business centers in 50 countries and has 60,000 clients worldwide. Lease terms at Regus centers range from three months to five years.
