The York, PA-based Graham Packaging, which designs, manufactures and sells blow-molded plastic containers for the grocery, household, personal care and automotive markets, will open a plant in March on 10.6 acres at the southwest corner of Highway 84 and Thornwood, Paul Sieczkowski with Colliers International's Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com. The lease is valued at $6.1 million over the term.

The multi-million-dollar facility, being built by SunState Builders, will manufacture plastic bottles for Ensure nutritional supplements made by the Ross Products Division of Abbott Laboratories, which is located about a mile away. Chamberlain Development LLC of Phoenix will develop and own the project. Sieczkowski, along with Mike Parker and Rob Martensen, also with Colliers International, represented both parties in the lease transaction.
