Atrium Corporate Park is a four-building, class A complex on just under 67 acres near I-287, according to Fred Arena, director of commercial real estate and regional director of management for Archon Atlantic. Current tenants include Merck, Sun Microsystems and Computer Sciences Corp.
Space currently available for lease ranges from 5,000 sf up to 300,000 sf, according to Sarno. The campus also includes an undeveloped parcel that can be built out of as much as 325,000 sf and is being marketed as a build-to-suit.
