Dennis Cesen and Kevin Kristick, both with extensive expertise that collectively spans more than 40 years, will assist the new unit in providing businesses with funding solutions to finance the purchase of assets such as printing presses, heavy equipment and work stations. Cesen, with more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking, equipment financing and asset based lending, will be responsible for lender relationships and capital market activities. Kristick, with more than 17 years of industry experience, primarily in the $5 million plus segment, will be responsible for overseeing the group's internal and external business development in addition to sales and marketing.
Pete Bolton, senior managing director of CBRE's Phoenix office, says the new unit will differentiate the brokerage from others and complement the firm's other real estate services. Although the Equipment & Asset Finance group will be full service, its emphasis will primarily be on the industrial, grocery, office, retail and energy segments of the market.
