Comprehensive Consulting will move into 7602 Pebble Dr. at Riverbend Business Park between mid-January and Feb. 1. The existing park tenant is relocating from 5,400 sf, a spot that's already pledged for the next three years to STS, a utility contractor, Jeff Givens of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell in Fort Worth tells GlobeSt.com.
Givens says Comprehensive Consulting set up shop in 2,700 sf about two years ago, expanded once and is expanding again. The company is taking space vacated by Pharmachem Corp. to deliver a turnaround in three months, he says.
David Barber, also with NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell, represented STS, which will be leaving a larger industrial space north of downtown Fort Worth for the northeast side of town and into a park with a $4.50 per sf, triple net rate on as-is flex product. The Comprehensive Consulting transaction was a direct deal for property owner, Riverbend Properties of Fort Worth.
