The firm, which specializes in call center services for the catalog, financial, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and Internet industries, inked a 54-month lease with building owner, Praedium II Hayden Associates. In January, the firm will move into three suites at 8360 E. Via de Ventura in Scottsdale, Michael Kitlica, an associate with the Trammell Crow Co.'s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com.

Kitlica says Fusion Marketing will move administrative offices and outbound calling into the two-story office and retail facility, increasing its office space about fivefold from its current 3,000 sf at the Gainey Ranch Financial Center along Scottsdale's Doubletree Road. The firm also will relocate some other Valley call center operations to the site.

Kitlica, who represented the tenant in the transaction, would not reveal terms of the lease, but did say the building's lease rate is generally around $20 per sf. Adam Tolson with Lee & Associates Arizona handled the negotiations for the building owner.
