The building has recently experienced other activity including a 4,081-sf renewal for Paradigm Works on the first floor and a relocation for Able, Rogers & Sullivan from Eisai's building at 5 Corporate Dr. to this building where the firm is leasing 3,450 sf.

Lease rates for these deals were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is at approximately $23 per sf. Eisai, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eisai Co. Ltd. of Japan, owns and operates four buildings here. The company performs discovery research on complex synthetic and organic chemical compounds.
