The maker of amplifiers and speakers for the music industry will move from 2051 E. Cedar St. in Tempe into the industrial space in a deal with building owner, D. Wong & Associates of Tempe, Eddy Moore with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com. The space, which typically rents for about 57 cents per sf gross, will give the firm a key location near the Valley's freeway system along with added space for its amplifier manufacturing operation, Moore says.

The 74,000-sf business park at 1222 W. Alameda Dr. has 50 bays for industrial users and is home to several small businesses, including a T-shirt maker and a wood manufacturer. Moore negotiated the lease on behalf of both parties.
