The North Texas retailer, which has a Lewisville store, signed a 10-year lease for 8,627 sf in Town Center Colleyville, a 59,361-sf project with two buildings up and a third rising. Robin Smith and Max Miller of United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks represent the developers, Rob Farrell of Farrell Properties and Charles Hodges of Hodges & Associates. Tom Paredes of John T. Evans Co. in Dallas is the tenant's representative.
Miller tells GlobeSt.com that the 20-acre first phase has reached the 70% leased mark while the under-construction building has claimed its first tenant, Luke's Locker, which penned a 4,500-sf lease. A starting date for the 34-acre second phase has not been set.
Town Center Colleyville broke ground in the spring at 5509 Colleyville Blvd., with anchor Market Street opening doors in September. The project got another boost when Life Time Fitness bought an abutting 14 acres for a $25-million workout resort, which broke ground a week ago. Also buying pad sites were Lee Lighting and Colonial Bank.
Planning first-quarter openings are Celebrity Cafe and Bakery, 2,500 sf; Piccomolo Italian Ice Cream, 1,400 sf; Thai Bistro, 2,000 sf; Wolf Camera, 2,400 sf; Gloria's Restaurant, 4,700 sf; Town & Country Cleaners, 2,000 sf; Mail This! Copy That!, 2,000 sf; and Luke's Locker.
