The four-story 92,900 sf building, which was developed in 1986, is approximately 80% leased. The building is on Mall Road between the Burlington Mall and the Lahey Clinic. It is located within New England Executive Park, a master-planned office park owned by Equity Office Properties that is comprised of 13 buildings on a 56-acre campus totaling more than one million sf of office space.
