It's also home to the 144-unit Vista at Trapper's Glen Apartments. The owner, Vista Partners Limited Partnership, bought it in 1990 for $3.8 million, according to public records viewed by GlobeSt.com.

And it recently sold it for $9.8 million, which equates to $68,055 per unit, to Vista Glen Properties LLC, a local apartment investor. That's almost 158% more than the initial payment 13 years ago, and 19.8% more than it the $8.1 million total assessment for it, according to public records. Last year, the owner paid $70,954 in taxes on the property.

Chris Fontane of Fuller and Co. represented the buyer. David Potarf, Dan Woodward and Steven Weinstock of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

"The quality of the asset and the location in a high barrier to entry market were major factors that drove interest in the property," says Potarf.
