David Prior, president in the Klabin firm's Torrance office, reports that American Electronics, a subsidiary of Ducommun, sold the facility at 1600 Valencia Ave., with Prior and Todd Taugner, also in Klabin's Torrance office, representing Ducommun and American Electronics in the sales. Greg Onimeck of Voit Commercial in Irvine, a Corfac network associate of Klabin, represented Wohl.

Prior notes that Ducommun, known as the longest continually operating company in California, acquired both American Electronics and the Valencia Avenue property as part of an earlier transaction, Ducommun had no need for the property and engaged Klabin to dispose of it.
