LONDON-The McKenzie LP has sold a multi-let office building at 75 Mosley Street, Manchester to a private equity fund for pounds 4.7 million ($8.5 million), reflecting a net initial yield of 8.1%.
Jones Lang LaSalle represented the McKenzie LP. Associate director Jonathan Mills says: "The sale of this property demonstrates the continuing demand for active management opportunities within the heart of the city centre." Matthews & Goodman acted on behalf of the purchaser.
