For Prima Products, a 90,000-sf manufacturing and distribution building with 5,000-sf of office and 24-ft ceilings is being developed on nine acres. Already complete at Tracy Logistics Center is a 312,000-sf distribution building that was recently leased to Barbosa Cabinets.

In addition to the Tracy project, Robert Patillo Properties recently developed three buildings in Redlands, CA: a 589,637-sf distribution facility for Hershey Foods; a 425,000-sf distribution facility for Becton, Dickinson and Co., and; a 289,0000-sf distribution facility for Stater Brothers Markets. Oltmans Construction was general contractor for those buildings as well.
