American Mold sold 11 Jytek Rd., a 21,848-sf injection molding facility, for $732,000. ChemDesign sold 310 Authority Dr., a 38,000-sf office/industrial facility, to Chantilas Holdings of Ohio for $865,000.
James Stubblebine, David Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette of the Stubblebine Co. represented all four sellers and directly procured all four buyers. Michael Lanava of Fitchburg Economic Development assisted in the purchase of 310 Authority Dr. and worked closely with the buyer's tenant, Integrated Pharmaceuticals of Cambridge.
