DePizzol has been recognized as a "Top Gun" in the Denver officer for the past three years, according to Barry Dorfman, who runs the local office. Recent transactions for DePizzol include an 86,000-sf lease for Carter and Burgess, 50,000 sf for Harding Lawson and 27,000 sf for the Denver Regional Council of Governments.
