Patricia Simboli, a principal of ACS Development notes that this lease puts the building at 75% occupancy. "This brand new campus will provide training for in-demand jobs," she says. The college will offer training and diploma programs in medical assisting, pharmacy technology and massage therapy. The facility will include administrative offices, classrooms, lab space and a bookstore. In Massachusetts, Corinthian has campuses in Brighton and in Bedford.
Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $22 per sf, according to Grubb & Ellis's most recent statistics.
