Candlewood Suites will feature 121 guest suites spread out among its four-story, 63,000-sf structure. The hotel, which will sport the address of 45520 E. Severn Way, will also feature a conference room and an exercise facility. It will be the eighth Candlewood property in Virginia. Suburban Hotel will sit on a parcel adjacent to Candlewood at 45510 E. Severn Way. It will consist of 132 guest rooms and an audio-visual room within a 58,000-sf, five-story building. Both hotels are expected to open their doors to guests this summer.
